In January 1990, during the first ArtFutura edition in Barcelona, the public was able to experience, for the first time in Europe, a Virtual Reality prototype. Now in its 27th edition, ArtFutura will reflect on the perspective of all these years.

The proposed artwork is to be located at the St Johnās Innovation Park, Cambridge for the new āSir Maurice Wilkes Building. The building will be a prominent landmark, with the artwork designed as a focus of celebration for the discoveries of Sir Maurice Wilkes.

Technology Is Not Neutral all female digital art exhibition – Phoenix, Brighton, 2-25 September 2016
From drone choreography, sequencing of bacteria and brainwave art to hacking reality, social media activism and telepresence, this exhibition highlights the contribution of female artists in shaping what digital art is today. The exhibition title references the challenges faced by female artists in this field where they are often under-represented.
