This Privacy Policy details when and why I collect any personal information, and how I use it.
Types of data I collect
Cookies
I use cookies on this site to provide anonymised tracking data to Google Analytics, which allows me to see how this website is being used and make improvements to the website in the future. This tracking data includes standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
Google ads may be displayed on my news posts. Google uses cookies to target advertising, to improve reporting on campaign performance, and to avoid showing ads that you have already seen. If you have accepted cookies you can still opt out of ad personalisation by using Google's Ads Settings.
Vimeo may install cookies related to the playing of the video on the homepage. You can review these cookies here.
You may prefer to disable cookies on this website and on others. The most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. I would recommend consulting the Help section of your browser, or taking a look at the About Cookies website which offers guidance for all modern browsers.
Personal information
If you contact me through my online contact form I request your name and email address. This information is only used to communicate with you directly about your request, and your details will not be added to any mailing list or passed on to any other companies. I do not share user information with any other organisations unless this is required for setting up services that you have requested (for example registering a domain name or purchasing website hosting), or unless required to do so by law.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold about you. Email your request to me at cj [at] chrisjoseph.org.
