REFRAMED 2017: Immersive and Interactive Storytelling

27 & 28 April, Lighthouse, Brighton

Aimed at those wanting to learn more about designing and producing interactive and/or immersive work, the programme will explore the intrinsic and underlying principles of non-linear and interactive narratives, and the platforms and technologies which best serve that process.

Speakers and Workshop Leaders:

Rhianna Pratchett – Award-winning writer for games, comics, film and TV (Heavenly Sword, Mirror’s Edge)
James Swallow – BAFTA nominated writer and author working in games (No Man’s Sky, Disney Infinity: Star Wars)
Landia Egal – VR Producer (Notes on Blindness: Into Darkness)
Rob Morgan – Game writer and narrative designer (Wonderbook: Book of Spells, The Assembly)
Kim-Leigh Pontin – Creative interaction director and researcher
Christopher O’Reilly – Co-founder of animation studio Nexus (Rain or Shine)
Unity Technologies – High-performance game engine
