periscope’s call for 2014 is addressed to Austrian and international artists, who have ideas and concepts but had little chance to realize them yet.

Furthermore, in 2014 the annual programme will focus on projects which open up to the public in a participatory way or make use of participative art strategies. In this sense, artistic positions are wanted that aim for an interactive process and in their substance deal with the boundaries
between artist and the public.
