Infinity’s Kitchen is a journal that explores a place for literature in a post-digital setting. We seek writings and artworks in any media that result from new recipes, or from existing recipes that have been compellingly redefined. We seek to experiment with the ways that literary work is presented to its audience.

We’re looking for contributors to collaborate with, for publication online and in print. The works that interest us are multimedia and multidisciplinary, but here are some general descriptions:

MULTIMEDIA, TIME-BASED OR PERFORMANCE
experimental music, net art, video art, nonlinear literature, fluxus scores, and performance art.

ESSAY, CRITICISM AND COMMENTARY
informed commentary, especially about creative process or conceptual practice, but also other forms of criticism, discussion, manifesto, commentary, column or review

NARRATIVE
hypertext, constraint writing, text generation experiments, conceptual writing, narrative that employs appropriated text, and other forms of narrative that are difficult to classify

PERFORMANCE
Infinity’s Kitchen also hosts events that feature readings and performances, on a quarterly basis at the Jordan Faye Contemporary gallery
