bloc are extremely excited to announce an open call for ideas for our 2011 online commissions.
We are inviting innovative, experimental and compact ideas for three new online commissions that explore connectivity, networks, communication and culture within coastal, rural and virtual environments.
We are looking for artists or creative technologists to propose energetic, memorable and playful ideas that can be realised by April 2011 in response to the virtual bloc rulebase which is published online at www.bloc.org.uk

Ideas are welcome from artists and creative technologists across the UK and internationally.
