A group of artists who under the project name Hydromemories have been working together for the past 3 years to research the social, political and cultural aspects of water, are looking for artists and works related to the theme, to create an online archive.

Hydromemories seeks to employ interdisciplinary art practices to generate curiosity about, and draw attention to contemporary issues related to water, examining both the current privatisation and industrial wastage of water and the future crisis in its worldwide provision. We understand the guarantee of individual public access to water to be a universal right.

Hydromemories will create a on-line archive of artistic works related to water. In case of future exhibitions the archive will be used as platform to contact each time some artist to participate to the event.

The call is open to all media. Dead line 31th March 2010
