Born Magazine is devoted to the concept of artistic collaboration. Artists, writers, programmers, musicians and others working in diverse genres combine traditional and emerging media to encourage the evolution of literary art forms and storytelling on the Web. Born Magazine has featured over 350 collaborative projects and has received numerous awards, including honors from The One Show Interactive, Barcelona Online Film Festival, and several international Flash Film Festivals. The magazine’s work has been profiled in many print and online magazines, including The New York Times , BBCi Arts, Novum, and Communication Arts. Born Magazine is the online counterpart of Born Presents, which produces collaborative, interactive storytelling installations. Born is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization founded in 1996.
