During Access All Areas, the Primary building will be open for everyone to explore, showcasing some of the best visual art being made in the UK, right here in Nottingham.

Access All Areas will be a chance to enjoy installations by 2012 Castle Open Exhibition prize-winner Frank Abbott, a ‘pop up’ exhibition curated by Michael Forbes with a range of Primary artists exploring geometric shapes, to hear a selection of former teachers’ memories of the school collected by Michael Pinchbeck that has been specially made for Primary, and much more.

Access All Areas also offers an opportunity to uncover a whole new set of options for Christmas shopping, you can check out the stalls and studios selling everything from Simon Raven’s ‘pug mugs’ to artists’ books and Lane screen-prints or the large range of photography, film, paintings, drawings and sculpture on show.

Access All Areas offers you the opportunity to explore the building and artist studios, to meet the artists, and to experience and buy new work by resident artists Frank Abbott, Georgina Barney, Rebecca Beinart, Wayne Burrows, Belen Cerezo, Nadim Chaudry, Craig Fisher, Michael Forbes, Rebecca Gamble, Mik Godley, Matt Hawthorn, Chie Hosaka, Rachel Jacobs, Joff+Ollie, Frank Kent, Rebecca Lee, Chris Lewis-Jones, Andy Lock, Michael Pinchbeck, Yelena Popova, Simon Raven, Reactor, Rhiannon Slade, Deborah Swann, Tether, Simon Withers and Nottingham Visual Arts Magazine.
