Submit your entry for the competition of the 23rd Stuttgarter Filmwinter!

For the fields of short film, media-installation and offline projects there is an application form to download at www.filmwinter.de. Internet projects can be also submitted online. Applications should be mailed to the address below. Deadline is the 1st of September 2009. In the fields of film/video and new media (online/offline/media installation) prizes amounting 10,000 Euro will be given.
