Computer Conservation Society – Doron Swade on Charles Babbage and Ada Lovelace, London, 18 February 2016, 2.30pm

The next meeting of the 2015-16 session of the Computer Conservation Society is on Thursday February 18th starting at 2.30PM when Doron Swade will be speaking at our last meeting at the Science Museum. His subject is Charles Babbage and Ada Lovelace: Two Visions of Computing, or, Ada Lovelace, why the fuss?

As usual the meeting will be held in the Fellows Library of the Science Museum, London SW7. The room will be open from 2PM to meet fellow members and to allow the meeting to start promptly at 2..30PM.

It is planned to have a brief celebration at the close of the meeting to mark this final lecture in the Fellows Library which has housed our meetings so handsomely for many years and which the Science Museum has recently sold to Imperial College.
